Copper State Chiropractic has served Casa Grande and Pinal County since 2013. Dr. Brett Stewart, DC and the team combine chiropractic adjusting, dry needling with electric stim, and rehab exercise to help everyday people and athletes get out of pain and back to doing what they love in life.

Why the layered approach matters
Plenty of clinics do one thing. If all you have is an adjustment, every problem gets an adjustment, and the muscle that keeps pulling the joint back out never gets addressed.
Here the adjustment is one layer. Dry needling with electric stim settles the muscle. Rehab exercise builds the strength that holds the change. Spinal decompression and laser therapy get added when the case calls for them.
That is the whole idea behind this office, and it is why people drive in from Coolidge, Eloy, Arizona City, Maricopa, and Florence instead of heading up to Phoenix.

Dr. Brett Stewart, DC
Chiropractor
Dr. Stewart earned his Bachelor of Arts at BYU and his Doctor of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic, then spent more than two years as an associate doctor in Carlsbad, New Mexico before taking over this Casa Grande clinic in 2013. He is board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. A husband and dad of three, he tries to do something physically challenging every day, Jiu-Jitsu, Spartan races, or a quick hike up Casa Grande Mountain.
Melesa
Office manager, billing coordinator, and chiropractic assistant
Melesa wears quite a few hats at Copper State Chiropractic and somehow manages to keep them all straight. With more than 13 years in chiropractic, she keeps everything organized and moving while working directly with patients throughout their care. She believes a chiropractic office should feel professional without ever feeling impersonal. Melesa has called Casa Grande home for more than 13 years, and from 2020 through 2025 she served two terms on the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. A wife and proud mom of three, she is happiest with a camera in her hand, sourdough in the oven, or any excuse to get near the ocean.
Brenda
Chiropractic assistant
Brenda is a proud mom of two and has been happily married for almost 16 years. A true people person, she genuinely enjoys connecting with others and helping wherever she can. Her friendly and caring personality helps patients feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment they walk through the door. Outside the office she enjoys quality time with her family, hiking, staying active, and working out at the gym.
